Position Evaluation & Client Due Diligence: Many clients find out after our discussions that what they need vs. what they thought they needed vary greatly. We ensure that everyone is on the same page.
Cultural Audit: We delve into decision dynamics, ‘do’s & don’ts’, and cultural norms, developing a deep appreciation of how this position melds into the organizational structure, and who will ideally fit in this role.
Market Research and Candidate Identification: We conduct original research on the industry to identify the ideal target institutions, and the people who are making things happen within those companies.
Candidate Assessment: Every serious prospect is assessed in person using a combination of behavioral and chronological interviewing techniques. We seek the perfect blend of technical skills, leadership competencies and cultural fit.
Client Interviews and Exploration: We provide a background report detailing strengths, weaknesses, accomplishments and motivations. We also help structure client interviews and can provide assistance with interview questions where needed.
Reference Evaluations: This 360 degree exercise helps complete the candidate mosaic, and ensures that the picture is what we think it should be. Our confidential summary is also an excellent tool to aid the transition and integration process.
Offer Preparation and Candidate Closing: We help ensure that the candidate understands the true career opportunity and upside potential, and handle dicey negotiation issues as well.
Transition and Relocation Coaching: The candidate still faces many issues, including relocation and adjusting to a new city, environment, boss and team. We keep on top of all these issues, just to be sure.
