ABA Features Kaplan at Annual Convention
Boston, MA - Passing the Torch: Preparing Your Bank’s Next Generation of Leaders was the name of the program led today by Alan J. Kaplan, President & CEO of Kaplan & Associates, Inc., at the ABA Annual Convention in Boston. Kaplan conceived and moderated this session, which featured three community bank CEOs as well.
According to Kaplan, “developing the next generation of leaders requires improving your organization’s succession management practices and developing a leadership pipeline. Organizations that prioritize and implement effective strategies to grow employee potential will have a powerful human capital advantage.”
The ABA Annual Convention is one the country’s largest gatherings of bankers, with over 400 institutions represented. Also participating in this program were:
